Musculoskeletal physiotherapy focuses on the muscles and joints, posture and movement and involves working with you to help restore movement and function when this has been affected by an injury or illness. This includes back and neck conditions.

We use hand-on therapy, exercise and advice, as required, with the aim to not only treat your current condition but also help prevent it from happening again.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a private Pilates session with a physiotherapist utilising all our Pilates studio equipment. This is service is more clinically based and suitable for anyone but especially for those with ongoing medical conditions or returning from illness, injury or ill-health and would benefit from the medical knowledge of a physiotherapist.

Christine Burdon

Christine is an experienced Physiotherapist and uses many manual therapy and manipulation techniques learned over many years in practise. She also applies her Pilates knowledge to her hollistic treatment plans.

Founder and owner of reab, Christine is an experienced physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal problems. Christine earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Otago (New Zealand) in 1999. She is an experienced private physiotherapy practitioner, both in New Zealand and here in the UK, and has been practicing in Haywards Heath since 2003 and at reab from 2010.
